What Saudiment keeps when you open a file, and who else sees it.

The file
Saudiment is the software for a company formation in Saudi Arabia. You keep a file. A licensed law firm files with the authorities. We do not sign in to government portals.
Your account
You open an account with an email and a password, or with Google. From Google we receive the name, the email address, and the profile Google sends with that sign-in. The password, when you set one, stays with the account provider and is not written into the file.
What you place on the file
The answers that shape the offer, the documents you place on the file, and the messages we send about the file. A passport image stays in private storage on the file.
Payment
Card payments are taken by Stripe. We keep the fact of each share and the offer it belongs to. We do not keep the full card number.
Who sees the file
The law firm instructed on the file sees what the file holds. Stripe takes the card payment. Supabase holds the file in London. Vercel hosts this website. Resend sends the email about the file. We do not sell personal information.
