Terms of service
How a Saudiment file works, what you pay, and who files.
Updated 28 Sept 2026
The service
Saudiment keeps the file for a formation in Saudi Arabia. You see the same file the firm sees. A licensed law firm makes the filings. Saudiment is not a government authority and does not sign in to government portals.
The account
You are responsible for the email on the account and for the access you grant, including a Google sign-in. The answers and documents on the file should be yours to give.
The offer
The offer on the file is the amount for that file. It is paid in three shares. The first is twenty percent, at the contract. The second is forty percent, after the Saudi investment licence. The third is the remainder, after the general manager’s special residency, so the three shares add up to the offer. The whole offer is not taken in one payment. A figure on the file is the figure shown there. We do not promise a number of days.
Closing
You can close the account by writing to setup@saudiment.com. We can close an account that is used to misuse the file or to impersonate someone else.
The firm
The firm’s advice and the filings are the firm’s. Questions about the file can come to setup@saudiment.com.
